Sellers are able to reject any offers or counter offers presented by a buyer. The rejection, however, cannot come after a Seller has accepted an offer.

Similar to Sellers, Buyers are able to reject any counter offers they receive from a Seller. Anytime a Buyer receives a counter offer, they may reject the offer and walk away from the deal.
